I am a Singapore-based business advisor, working with business owners to grow their business, and get their business ready to hand over to the next generation of owner – be that family succession, internal succession, or business sale. I also work with business owners looking to acquire another business.
On this site, I share my thoughts on a wide range of topics that I have worked on over my career. I’ve been a business coach and mentor, M&A/transaction advisor, business broker, exit/succession advisor, management consultant, business valuation analyst, and have led teams and tech-sector companies across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. I have picked up a few ideas along the way, and I have found posting them on a blog to be a great way of sharing those ideas, getting (mild!) critique, and improving my writing style.
