About TEQ

TEQ is a boutique mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory practice working with clients across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

The company was originally founded as Techquisitions in 2005 by Daryl Webb. The company became TEQ in 2017.

The services offered are based on the specialty areas of Daryl’s expertise gained in a range of roles in over 25 years in the M&A market across New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and other ASEAN markets.

What Makes Us Different?

We provide independent, confidential advice to our clients.

Our target clients are the owners of small to medium businesses in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

For any engagement, we only work one side of a transaction. We do not represent a buyer and seller for the same business or industry at the same time.

We are not business brokers: we do not sell your business. We use an advisory fee structure – fixed fee or time and materials – as opposed to a success fee based on a percent commission. In many cases, success is better defined as not buying or selling in a particular transaction. We think this helps better align our incentives with your goals.
