This post is about one of my 45-second pitches at my BNI Chapter, BNI City Business. You can read the introduction to this collection here.

14 October, 2022. This was the second meeting of the new chapter Leadership Team. The slide deck is owned by the chapter Education Lead, and she worked miracles refreshing the deck layout. One thing that was also changed was the position of the name of the next speaker – from bottom right to top right – making it clearer and easier to see from the back of the room. Hence the slight change in layout, moving the ‘Business Buying Tips’ banner down the page.

The joke was derived from another meme, which I adapted (stole) and clarified (reworded). The linked message was for buyers to ensure they understood how the busines sthey were buying produced their secret sauce – the magic, the differentiator. How unique value is created. I am often surprised how this is not on the radar of buyers.

A mostly positive reaction from the room. Dick jokes are always popular!
